The object (the arrow), its image and the principal rays can be moved
by clicking & draging the top of
the arrow shaped object in the animation. The lower left corner displays
the cursor location.

From the starting configuration find the focal length.

Adjust the object to get p = q, and obtain the focal length again.

Move the object so that p = f. Do you see an image? Now click on
this link get a Point Source.

Restore object and move the object
so that p < f. Is there an image? Is it real or virtual? Is the
image height smaller or larger than the object?
