JS Quiz Maker

1. Begin by printing out and reading the tutorial and following its directions.

• "Creating an Online Quiz Using JS Quiz Maker"

2. Modify the self-test index web page (if you will be using it) or create the necessary link on another web page to the self-test itself.

3. Carefully modify the self-test web page itself, as described in the tutorial.

• selftest.html

4. Run JS Question Maker to place your questions in the self-test (or quiz).

5. After pasting the questions into the text file "questions.js" and saving it, copy the self-test index web page (if appropriate), the self-test web page, the "powered-by-JSQM-2.jpg" file, the "questions.js" file, and the "FormNotice.html" web page to the appropriate web directory.
